Apophyllite Crystal Stones

Apophyllite’s literal meaning comes from the Greek words apo, meaning “off” and phyllon, meaning “leaf.” It roughly means “to leaf apart.” Apophyllite was originally regarded as a single mineral, with a variable ratio of fluorine to hydroxyl. The common color of Apophyllite is clear or white, although it can also be found as grey, yellow, red, and green.
