What paperwork is required to purchase wholesale?

Gem Avenue Rock Shop is based in North Carolina. A resale certificate issued by NC or any of the other 49 USA States is required for wholesale purchases. If your state does not issue a resale certificate, then a valid and active business license issued by your state is needed.

You must attach a scan or photo of your current resale certificate to their application. Unfortunately, a federal Employer Identification Number (EIN) is insufficient. We are required by law to retain a copy of your license or certificate as proof that wholesale purchases are intended to be resold.

Approval may take up to two business days.

How do I place a wholesale order?

Our website is setup with a ecommerce shopping cart. Please browse the website, add the items to the cart and proceed to checkout. We accept all the major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

While we always try to have all the items added to the website, due to the large variety of items, we are unable to add all the items to the website. Please feel free to call us so we can help you browse the items through a video call and assist you in picking the items.

Order Shipment

Once the order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. Your order will be shipped in the order it was received. We will try to ship out your order within 24 To 48 Hours once we receive it.
